Paper Romance Challenge #36

Okay. So wherever January went.....It can stay there!! LOL

2 more months of this yucky mucky sucky bitter cold weather :( I swear these kids are becoming rabid animals the longer they stay in! LOL

No one wants to do anything specific. So that usually leaves messes everywhere, snacks galore and grumpiness all around. I'm ready to run away! Hahaha...nah just kidding!

Another great challenge happening over at Paper Romance this week. For challenge 36, we are looking for some lovey dovey Valentine's colors. Let's see some RED, GOLD and CREAM on your projects!

For this card I used Pickles Balloon Ride. I just want to eat him all up! Used some glossy accents (hard to see) on the balloons, pockets and snout to add some dimension.

Paper Romance Challenge 32- "You are my Sunshine"

Well hello 2011!

I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays!

Myself and the kiddies were icky sicky so celebrations came the week after. Although I have to say, my hubby really came through this Christmas! :) Looky here.....


Yup! I am the proud owner of a Gypsy!!! Didn't take me long to dive into it and it's oh so easy! But that's not all! Apparently, there is something still to come! Man oh man, I don't know what I did to deserve this but I gotta keep doing it! LOL

I might have mentioned this before but Yellow and me don't tango! LOL

I can't get a hold of it no matter what I do! But thankfully, Popcorn the Bear makes it all better :)

The sentiment was not my first choice but DD Lia insisted because they sparkle. So she finished it off. Oh the things we do for our kiddies!

Good Evening everyone!  I'm gonna try keeping this post small cause I'm cutting it close to beddy-bye-bye LOL
I love making things for other people.  There is a great deal of appriciation from them and everyone else that sees the hard work you put into things.  So this creation was made for my Daughter's teacher for....you guessed it....Valentine's!!  The children have MANY limitations as to what they can bring in and after spending time AND money for Halloween; I chose to skip treats for them. 
There have been soooo many of these templates flying around online that I had to take a stab at it!  Let's just say once these were done....7 more followed!!  Nuts right!?!? lol

Although it's not a card or layout, it does still qualify for a few challenges.  La La Land Crafts Challenge wanted to see HEARTS, Creative Belli Challenge wanted RIBBONS and Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge wanted anything Valentine's or LOVE.  Inside these cutie patooties is chocolate, candy, gum balls and cinnamon hearts.

The recipient is 4 and everyday pretends that he's a different jungle animal...so this is what I came up with for him.

Another V-day Card

Howdy! It's the middle of the afternoon and I'm waiting on my eldest to get home from school so I gonna try to get another post in before mommy has to play clown!

This V-day card was designed for a client and entered into a few challenges.

I've already entered into Crafty Creations challenge and Belli Challenge but no one said I can't enter more than 1 ;-D. I am also gonna enter this into Stamp Something Challenge. They asked for a funny sentiment.... I think it's funny (or cute) and also Charisma Cardz Challenge that called for fruity colors.

Red and White EVERYWHERE!

Good day everyone! Well I hope you all are having a better day than my little one. Fevers and sniffles are truly hell for little bebe's :-(

So everywhere I look in my craft space I see red and white....red polka dots.....white sparkle....red hearts....white lace......Ah good ol' St. Valentine's spreading his luv!

It's been a bit since I've posted cause I had an order for valentine cards and crafts to do for a dear friend and client that have taken over every minute of spare time! The good thing is that I can get a few challenges completed in the midst of all the rosy chaos!
