On The Mend

Sniff sniff....
Well, it has begun. Cold and flu season. Ugh.
It's one thing when I get sick but when the kiddies get it? Pure torture! Funny thing happened though, as Lia grows up, she's starting to recognize more things about her mind and body which can be scary and funny. Her fever got sooo bad today that her head was spinning. Kind of the way adults get when they have one to many ;P.....
She bolted up from the bed and thought she was having a nightmare but had this look on her face like the dream wasn't over! She stared at me with horror and started to look around the room....slowly.....as if I was moving around! SHE FREAKED OUT!!
Okay now comes the terrible mother. I couldn't stop laughing! My goodness! "Mommy! I'm freaking out!" LOL
Hysterical and heartbreaking.
Well, she is now comfy cozy in her bed with a cold cloth on her hot (spinning) head, nasal strip on her nose, Vic's vapor rub on her back and belly and some fever meds. Yeah, not the prettiest sight. LOL
All will be well.......

Here's is a little pretty-ditty I pulled together in a flash. So, who do I call to make pink an official Christmas color? Love it's sweetness and warmth during such a cold season. I also got a few challenges on the brain.......
