Another yummy challenge over at Paper Romance this week. This week we want to see BLING, SPARKLE, GLITTER and just about anything that shines!
This week's winner will be put into the monthly draw for a $10 Gift Certificate to spend at The Paper Romance Store :)) Oh and....... There's a blinkie up for grabs too! Yup. A few changes for our fell0w and loyal followers to sweeten up the deal ;)
For this challenge I put together a birthday card for that colorful type of person. I used Silly Billy, colored him with prisma premiere markers and added some glitter to the DP to spice it up.
